Monster.com becoming another full of spam and crap site???

So I do a fairly simple job search for network.
this is what I get. A page full of crap work at home type stuff.
Whats everyone using for their online job searches anymore?

Not only that site but careerbuilder.com as well. Both sites suck as far as moderation goes.

I never understand it.

they are listing muliple ad.

I know that it cost several hundred $ to list an ad alone in monster, and monster charge more if u capitalize the ad...

hmm...

I have used Dice and America's Job Bank during 2003. Both produced a lot of interest.

Monster and Careerbuilder started this crap last year.
Suckers are willing to buy the pitches because of the original reputation.

It would be great if there were an easy way to filter the search results by exclusion and well as inclusion.

it sucks because stupid places like "New Horizons Learning" (NY Metro area) spam it up by disguising themselves as a job opportunity/internship when they are really a technical school :|

Never used monster much. I always used dice.com, computerjobs.com, and headhunter.net
