Monsoon Car Audio System and a Sub... Possible?

Hey,

I have a 2002 Passat with the monsoon sound system, it comes with an 8 channel amp mounted in the trunk. Im tryin to find out if its possible to add another amp into the system to allow for a sealed sub in the trunk. Anyone know if this is possible?

You might have to end up pulling the signal from the speaker wires themslevs (high level input on your amp), but it would work.
Or if the siganl is carried via RCA cable, you could just tap off that (preferably with an active Xover to take the bass out of the regular speakers and send it to the sub amp)
