Researchers tested roundup on mature male rats at a concentration range between 1 and 10,000 parts per million (ppm), and found that within 1 to 48 hours of exposure, testicular cells of the mature rats were either damaged or killed. According to the study, even at a concentration of 1 ppm, the Roundup was able to affect the test subjects by decreasing their testosterone concentrations by as much as 35%.

So with more and more farmers using monsanto's seeds/herbicides its looking pretty grim for men, time to save some of your mojo and stick it in the freezer... next to monsanto genetically grown beef.

roundup has had a lot of negative news. Read one where they found it is damaging the soil and coninuted use of it will permanently damage it and the big kicker weeds are becoming immune to it.

How is this surprising? Poison has bad side effects. Shocking!!! More fear mongering and ignorance from environMENTALS.

well just an fyi, there is supposedly a drop in testosterone among men now a days. newer generations are having lower levels and many believe it to be related to diet/environment.

I believe in genetic modification for the betterment of man. I see no difference between tweaking directly with genes and selective breeding, which we have done for thousands of years. It's just a quicker process. That doesn't mean something like this can't be true. I wouldn't doubt that a poison could cause such issues, but we might need some more data/etc before we start totally coming down on their product.

I'm concerned about all the sh*t we consume, but there's almost truly no way around it.

Until that happens, though, there's almost no way around it for the average joe! Organic is hella pricey and even a lot of that doesn't necessarily mean anything.

it's worse then buying organic. farmers have very little choice in what seed they use. Even those that produce there own are finding it harder and harder to do. Monsento's round up is almost the only choice.

wich is why organic is hella pricey
