Monk Fish Recipies

You are supposed to hang it up to clean it. If you do it with the fish lying on a board, you will crush some internal organs which will make the fish taste bad.
 
Best advice is have someone else cook it. If you see one you won't WANT to eat it 😛

I heard of a restaurant that stuffs a monk fist with poultry and it gives a very unusual flavor.
