confused;Im looking to buy a monitor. I'm planning to play some games and watch DVD movies
What are some features that I have to look for and what monitor brands are good.
If it matters I'll be using a Geforce TI 3 200.

What type of a monitor you want? Aperture grille, shadow mask? Can you stand the damper wires of an AG tube? If they don't bother you, you could get a Samsung 700NF for that price (17 incher), if they do, a Samsung 753/5DF will suit you better (these are shadow mask monitors). Of course, there is infinite number of other brands and models, but Samsung monitors provide the most bang for the buck, IMO.

They have great deals and great info (an amazingly helpful staff too). The p2450 is a damn good 19" monitor for the money (199). Almost too good to pass up.
