I am looking for windows based proggy that will. Ping (CHECK) My server like once a minute and log the failed attemps.
The server I am trying to monitor is my own web server.
pinging wouldnt be otimal (but better than nothing) as a ping will result in the router sending the response. not the actual server.
but this will at least verify my connection.
any suggestions will be appreciated.
a proggy to ping the router is a step in right direction
a proggy that would query a domain would be optimum
