Monitoring THINK, and stopping.

I got THINK going on one of my Gentoo Linux boxes, but what do I do from there. How do I monitor it or see what is going on? To see some statistics of what it is churning out?

Is there a way to limit when it checks in and transmits its data? Specifically to a time range every day.

Also, how do I shut it off when I don't want it running.

Is there a site that shows both how many people use each type of Distributed Computing, AND what operating systems they use? Im curious about the stats.
