Monitoring temps

Hey guys, I am currently using everest to monitor temps and it's working well, but i was just wondering if ther eare any simpler programs that don't take up as many resources.

Also, when I check my nvidia control panel for my 7800gtx temp... i'm getting like 63 idle but everest shows 51 for GPU and 45 for GPU ambient.... which one should i trust?

you can try speedfan, for monitoring temps.
