Router set up in home with roomates. Whats the best program to monitor bandwith usage? (To see where traffic is heavy?)

Thanks

you can take an old pc (p133) and set it up with IPCOP. it will become your router/firewall. then you can view the who when and where of bandwidth usage. also it will provide security and web cacheing. best of all is that its free and easy to install. www.ipcop.org

port spanning and ntop work great for watching what is going on in realtime.

EDIT: Or if you have an SNMP capable switch/router mrtg is great for watching port based load.
