Monitoring my daily bandwidth usage?

Are there any programs I can get that will give me a running count of upstream bandwidth used that can reset every day? I want to make sure that I'm not exceeding the recommended quota they give us here.

if you hover the mouse cursor over the little connection icon in the systray, it'll tell you how much you've used for that connection...disconnecting and reconnecting daily should work for you.

Almost but in XP the Status shows packets, not bytes.

edit: unless that can be changed...
