Monitor won't start up

Got the 6600GT AGP for my Dimension 4600(i), and the computer boots up fine, and the fan on the card works fine, but the monitor refuses to start up.

I have the Y-Adapter switched into the card, and all seems to be well, but the monitor just won't start up..

Solutions?

Should I change my startup / boot up options?

Did you disable your onboard graphics?

I thought about that, and set it to Auto, but it was already on Auto... =

How to disable?

Set it to disable or AGP.

Boot menu? Or advanced options, or device manager?

Should be advanced..haven't turned on a dell in a long time. Boot menu would be your drives and floppy I Believe.

That doesn't work for me, as I have a D4600(i), and I don't have an advanced BiOS menu.
