I have upgraded my cpu, motherboard and case. Now my monitor(futura) displays please check signal cable. When I hook my system to another monitor(viewsonic) it works. I even hooked another computer system to my monitor and the monitor works. I called tech support at furura and he never heard of a problem like mine, so I'm going crazy trying to figure out the problem. And I cant have the other monitor, its my husband
Any help/suggestions will be greatly appreciated

Do you have a built-in video on your motherboard? If so, you may have to go to their website and download the latest drivers. Hope this helps

I have heard of cases when the pc video output was not enough to drive the monitor. This might be your case.

Is the video built into the motherboard? Are you using a video card? My thoughts would be an incompatability between the video and the monitor.

I assume that you reseated connectors , video ,etc.?

I discoved that I have to reset the computer to get the video to display. I have to do this everytime I do a cold boot. Quite anoying!:disgust:
