Question Monitor went blank while playing a game. PC turns on, but wont boot

When i was playing Warframe, the monitor suddenly went blank and lost the signal from the PC. When this occurred the pc was still running.
When i power on the pc, the monitor displays "No Signal" and the screen goes to sleep.
All the components seem to be working and light up, including the keyboard and mouse

To find out if it was the monitor was still working properly, i connected it to my PS4 and to my neighbours PC and it worked fine. So i ruled out the monitor.
I also tried different hdmi cables and nothing had changed. Then I cleaned my PC and followed several steps to get it back working:

1.I removed the power cable, and hard pressed the power button for 30sec/1min/2min
2.I removed the ram sticks and cleaned them with an eraser and a soft cloth, i put the 2 sticks in the other 2 slots.
Put 1 ram stick at a time.
3.Reseated the gpu.
5.Removed every single PC connection (except the cpu) and put them back
6.Went through all the wiring to see if there is any loose connection.
7.Removed CMOS battery and put it back, also tried putting a new compatible battery8
8.Put gpu into other PCI-e slot
9.Rebuilt PC outside of Case

All the actions i described above have failed

I encountered this similar situation twice before:

The first time, my monitor wasnt displaying anything right after I had just cleaned the PC, I thought i might have disturbed some connection and nudged the wires and just firmly pressed the wires into the ports which fixed it.
The second time, the same problem occured when i shifted my pc to another room. I did the same thing as the b4 and it worked after 1-2 hours of tearing apart the pc and just pressing the parts into their positions
However, i had never encountered this problem WHILE using the PC, and after trying all sorts of stuff, i havent been able to figure out what component has been damaged and what even happened in the first place. I will atleast be happy if i get to know the specifics of this issue and dont mind replacing psu, ram sticks, drives if im 100% sure where the problem is. Rightnow nothing is displaying on the monitor and i cant open the BIOS.
My cpu DOESNT have integrated graphics so cant see if the gpu is at fault by connecting hdmi to mobo.

I have been using the computer for the past 3 years
I have been playing Warframe from the past 2 weeks, and i have noticed that the PC gets very hot during gameplay, the glass panel is pretty warm when i put my palm on it.
I ASSUME that my PSU had been damaged and needs a replacement, however the PSU i own seems to be of good quality and i doublt it is faulty as all the other components and keyboard mouse recieve power and light up. And i dont think PSU’s can fail so suddenly.

or it might have been an issue of overheating. My gpu might have gotten damage

Also i dont have a sound cable attatched to the mobo, so i cant hear any beeps.
It would be great if someone could give me any tips or guides, Rightnow its lockdown in India and i cant go out or buy any PC part. I was enjoying my holidays as i have passed out of highschool, got selected in a good college and I now taking rest. Started playing games again after 2 years of hardwork and its dissapointing that something could have happened to my PC, as i think of it as my child.

SPECS
AMD Ryzen 1600x with stock cooler
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-AB350M-Gaming 3
GPU: AMD RX580 8gb
Ram: 2x8gb Corsair Vengence 2400Mhz DDR4
2xintake fans + 1 exaust fan + empty air vent
1x 120gb SSD + 1x1TB HDD
PSU: Corsair CX650M
Case: NZXT s340 elite

When my PC starts, i hear 1 short beep, I have AMI Bios
I tested my ram sticks on another computer and the other pc works fine, so ram is not the problem.

It sounds like a typical power supply failing issue, but you really would to test out the PSU and possibly the GPU. The PSU who own is a decent one, however it's far from one I would consider good quality. That said, even top-of-the-line power supplies can fail after short periods. It's really the luck of the draw at times.

If you can't get a replacement power supply right now to if that's the issue, you might just have to wait until the lockdown ends. Additionally, if your computer is always run hot, you should look into installing more case fans (or replacing cheaper ones with better models that can move more air).

Thank you for responding,

with the lockdown situation i might have to wait a month or two to get any components/devices to test PSU. I have one question though, most people with psu failing issues generally face problems which get worse overtime. This is all based on just watching videos etc. I was mentioning that because could my psu fail so suddenly? If yes, could the problem be linked with power fluctuation.

I forgot to mention one thing
sometimes i get a screen that flickers black every 5-10 seconds when im playing a video-game, it had been occurring for the past 2 years and I found out online that upgrading the gpu drivers fixes the problem, and for me it did
So everytime i had that the black flickering issue, i noticed that i didnt have the latest drivers and would immediately install them and the issue would be gone.
However a couple of days before the PC not booting incident occurred i had the black flickering screen issue when i was playing warframe , even though i had the latest gpu drivers. I sort of fixed the issue by keeping the game in windowed mode instead of full screen.
I could never go back to full-screen mode because the black screen problem would occur, so i never found a perfect fix. This problem had been occuring till my pc not booting incident took place
So is there any relation with the current issue, maybe to do with the latest gpu drivers being faulty?

A PSU can fail at any times. Some quit working altogether, while some began causing crashes and other odd behaviors that get worse over time.

GPU drivers can also cause odd crashes and bluescreens, but it also could have been a symptom of your PSU beginning to fail.

Since you can't get replacement parts right now, you can always do a clean WIndows install, and use the most current GPU drivers. And your GPU could very well be the problem until you test it in another computer, or try the new power supply. Your options on what you can do right now are limited by your countries' lockdown.

I have another pc with me right now that was lended to me. Can i test my psu by connecting it to the pc, which has a 200w psu. Is this safe? If the psu is damaged, will it damage other components when i connect it to the pc or will it lead to a basic problem of the to pc not turn on?

You can remove the 200w PSU, and try yours in it to see if it works.

You won't be able to put the 200w unit in your PC, as it is not enough wattage (and it won't have the necessary cables for your video card).

I just noticed that the motherboard in the other PC has a 6pin psu port instead of 24pin. Sadly cant connect my psu unless i have a 24pin to 6pin converter cable.
