Help! I'm far from being presentably computer knowledgeable so the best I can do is come and ask. I have a NEC C700 monitor and the screen shakes, sometimes not at all, sometimes imperceptibly, and sometimes obviously trembles. I'm picking up a new one next week but my question is, is this because the video card is going out?
 
Could be a whole range of problems... have you tried the monitor on a different PC? Or have you tried a new video card? What refresh rate are you running your monitor at? What resolution are you running it at? All these things are worth playing around wth b4 you get over zellus and get a new monitor.
 
Can be also electro magnetic interference from mobile phone, radio, TV & so forth. Try CSFM suggestion first.
