Monitor Suggestions

My 19" Viewsonic died an untimely death this week. So young, so full of life, then they're just gone.......WHY!!!!!

Any suggestions on a (black/silver) CRT? Should I consider a 17" LCD instead. Gaming is definetly a consideration. I really don't want to spend a whole lot of money but its always possible I suppose.
