Hello
I have a pretty weird problem at hand. Its about my monitor refusing to go into sleep mode. I have set from Windows properties that monitor should shut down after 10 minutes of idling. But the problem is, that most of the time this is not happening.
Sometimes Windows correctly cuts off the video signal after 10min and monitor goes to sleep mode. But most of the time my monitor just stays on and it can go on hour. Its a small glitch but enought to annoy one
I have tried couple things, like reducing overclocking and running programs. But this behaviour just goes on I thought if it could be my ATI 6.11 CCC drivers? I have these programs running in the background: utorrent, live messenger, thunderbird, logitech Setpoint, firefox and folding@home. Also hibernation is not on, I just would like my system to shut down the monitor after 10mins of idling.
