Monitor stand for a specific setup

Me and my fiance use our powerful desktops in the living room where we have access to comfortable space and a large tv. We would like, however, to regain use of our coffee table. To each side of the couch we're on we have two end tables that could also be used for a monitor mount. So we're looing for a mount that would either mount to the coffee table and maybe collapse inwards to get the monitors out of the way. Or probably more preferably, a mount that can swing sideways to bring the monitors in from the coffee tables. A mount single monitor and a dual monitor (22") would be nice suggestions as I commonly use two monitors for my work.

Ergotronics has lots of nice items but holy hell I can't pay 400$ x2 for this, there's gotta be a cheaper alternative for us poorer home office folk .

You'll want to look at ones that clamp on to desks and have swings arms to move the monitor around.

I just ordered a quad monitor mount from them through amazon, should be arriving this tuesday

I just picked up a pair of these clamp-on mounts. They're really nice and solid. I have a 27" Acer mounted on one, hanging off center to the right, and there's no sag at all.

Monoprice has an excellent selection of mounts, their prices are very reasonable.
