Monitor sizing problems.

I can't exactly recall when this started, but it has been more of an issue since getting a second monitor, but my main monitor (a 19" KDS) is constantly off-size. Sometimes the left is a bit short with a quarter inch of space left, sometimes there is a bit off the top, or sometimes it gets too large and has a half inch sticking up where it can't be seen. There also seems to be a slight curve at the top and it only has side pincushion adjustment. Btw my vid card is an abit geforce 4 ti4200 64mb Bios version says 4.25.00.29.

Any ideas as to why it keeps changing, and what i can do to fix it?
 
What is "floating" I bought it almost 2 years ago, and i have the original box but i dont think i have the receipt. Is this floating going to get worse and is there anything that can be done to at least help contain it?
 
Also make sure there are not any speakers or anything with magnets around the monitors. i think that certain types of lighting will cause problems.
