Monitor Shaking at Certain Refresh Rates? 21 Apple Studio Display

Hello -

Recently since moving my monitor (from office to office) i've encountered a severe shaking problem. When i raise my refresh rate above 60hz i get a terrible shaking. What causes this, and is there anything i can do to fix it besides depositing it in the trash?

I'm assuming this is attached to a Mac? Doesn't the Studio Display have a digital interface? If it is digital maybe the refresh rates aren't supported. Beyond that I have no idea, never touched an Apple of a vintage later than 1985.
