Monitor resets to factory default after reboot

I have an Amptron GS17 monitor and a Visiontek GeForce 2 GTS, using the 12.81 drivers. (I've tried several different versions, however.) After every reboot, the monitor resets itself to the factory defaults, causing me to have to readjust the horizontal, vertical, and pincushion every time. Any help is appreciated.
