Monitor recommendations ?

Hey guys I am not too knowledgeable about monitors so need some insight from pros. The current monitor I have isn't even a monitor, its a 1360 x 760 19" TV. So I am looking to upgrade to a 1920 x 1080 gaming monitor. I would preferably want something in around the €150 price range as I am gonna be buying 2(Desktop and Xbox One). As for the size, they are gonna be on a desk so from 19 to 24 inches would be fine and its not necessary but i prefer monitors that don't have the thick border around them. If anyone has any suggestions I'd be glad to hear. Thank you !
