monitor recommendations

I have a i2353Ph AOC monitor. I can't decide if I want to go dual monitor or just replace and get a 27 inch monitor.

I want to upgrade/add to a better monitor for photo editing. Since I got this one for $110 I am interested in a similar budget monitor that provides better color reproduction for photos. I would also like to keep the price in the budget category of under $250 - can you recommend another 23-24 inch to complement this or a similar budge 27 inch monitor?

You didn't say what connection you wanted to use to it. Most of the cheaper monitors only offer hdmi or dvi connectivity.
