Monitor Recommendations Please!

I am looking to get a new monitor. However I have an Antec SX1030B case that is a charcoal more blackish color. I was looking at a Viewsonic E790b and was wondering if anyone has used them. Also are there any recommendations considering I want to use it for graphics work first, gaming, and then general computer use. Minimum size of 19". Max spending budget is around $600 (since the trinitrons can get up there). Any recommendations since I would prefer a black monitor but if there is something better please enlighten me! Thanks!
