Question Monitor recommendation?

Maybe im being too picky, maybe im being too specific but Im looking for a monitor that has the following and cant seem to find one. I will use this 99% for gaming, nothing competitive, just something thats nice.

I'd like an IPS panel (i hear they are the best, but i could be wrong, what benefits do they bring?)
Gysnc or gsync compatable
27in minimum
Id like HDR support
Id like local dimming (this one i can live without)
I want to go 1080 since I dont really want to replace my 1080 at the moment.
144+ hz

The closet ive found are the
VG278Q and VG278QR from ASUS.

Recommendations? Suggestions?

Well, I finally did a bunch of research and found that I am pretty much a picky a-hole.

I went with the VG278QR w 165hz refresh and .5ms delay. Its only 1080p but for my needs at the moment it looks fantastic and is a huge bump over the ~8-9 year old 27in samsung that only ran 60hz. Everything in general is smoother, the mouse cursor, the games etc.

I connected it with DP and after a reboot i got an nvidia pop up asking me if i wanted to enable gsync and away i went.

I wish i had the HDR and local dimming, but ill be damned if this isnt a great looking monitor for the price.
