Monitor recomendations?

Hello.

Not quite sure that this is the right category to put this in but I'll take my chanses.

I'm thinking about buying a new monitor cause right now I'm sitting with a 17" in 1280x1024@60Hz which is not nice at all.

I have found 2 possible choices:
1. Samsung Syncmaster 959NF - http://www.samsungelectronics.com.hk/monitor/naturalflat/959nf.html
2. ViewSonic P95F+ - http://www.viewsonic.com/products/crt_p95fplus.htm

Can some Monitor Guru(tm) here tell me which is the better choice? The price is about the same the difference is that the viewsonic is about 10$ more expensive than the Samsung.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You can't go wrong with either. They're both solid montiors. I favor Samsung because I've had great experiences with their service dept. If you search for "monitor" in video section of this forum, you'll find tons of info/recommendations on monitors.

I bought the 19 inch Philips 109B. I read reviews on it before I bought it. I love it.
