I bought a Hitachi 751 CE 19in refurbished monitor for buy.com a few days ago for 187.00 shipped. It still hasn't shipped yet. I saw the deal for the Samsung 955 DF for 150 shipped (new). Is it worth it to buy this monitor and return the Hitachi? Or should I just keep the Hitachi. I know that its an older model. I could use your advice. Thanks for your help.
 
i have not seen the hitachi, i remmeber reading it was trinitron. i have the 955. its a very good monitor. complaints are: very heavy, baitch to carry to LANS!, and refresh rates are not very high. but over all, its a good a+. i cant contribute because i havent used the hitachi. goodluck.
 
haha, that Hitachi is the same monitor from the infamous Buy.com monitor fiasco, which people are still waiting for their money on! LOL

Now, buy.com is selling it for the fiasco price anyways! hahahaha
