Hey it seems my Samsung 204b is starting to go. If the monitor is turn off for a while (couple of hours) when i turn it back on while vista is booting the screen blinks on and off. i sometimes have to unplug the power cord and plug it back in then it will work.

Unless i can fix it im lookin to get one of these

My question is have any of you gotten a widescreen display and regret getting it? The only real game i play is command an conquer. Other than that is just online flash games. web surfing and video editing. My os is vista home prem., I have this fear that the images are going to look stretched out and unnatural. Are my fears unwarranted?


 
Having a widescreen is no problem, only if set to the (max) resolution your screen can handle. It will be the same image-quality as on a 4:3, but just wider, lol.
