Monitor, prossibly video card problem......

My screen has these motion blur things on it. I don't know how it happened, someone was using my computer and when i came back it was like this. I asked them what happened but...whatever long story it's not relevant. Anyway here's a screenshot of my monitor screen (sorry for the massive size let it load in another window🙂)

I have a Samsung SyncMaster 900NF and a Creative Labs GeForce DDR (Annihilator Pro).

My screen res. is 1600x1200 with 16-bit color.

This may seem like a tough one to give a solution to, but if you had this problem before you could probably be one of the few to help me.

im not sure how, but.. its usually in the monitor options. the scren will shake and blink...
 
Depends on the problem. But obviously if no one sees it in the screen shot, it's got to be a magnetic problem or something...ah well...
