I have a samsung 700 nf monitor, and apparently i have large scratches accross the screen of the monitor which causes the light to refract. i dont know how they got on but i want them fixed cuz its very annoying. I understand monitors like mine have this special coating. Is there a spray or something. IF not is the glass panel connected to the tube, and if not is it relelativiely cheap to replace the glass top surface.

Any ideas relating to the price will help
