Monitor problems, plz help

Recently my monitor stoped showing red... basically anything that was normally red is now black. Can somebody tell me if this is a video card problem, a monitor problem or a monitor cable problem.

It's likely the monitor itself. Sounds like your red gun went out. Is it under warranty?

No... its like five years old now... Its not an LCD but a CRT... umm model is Princeton Ultra 72 17" btw
