Hi,
Sorry to bother you all, but I was wondering if someone could help me I am having this problem in which my monitor picture is not a square. I have adjust all setting in the monitor adjustment panel, but I cant seem to get the top of my monitor perfectly strait. Also if you need to know what kind of monitor I have, Hp A4033 .26 21" rgb 5bnc connector.

Well you came to the right place. As for whether or not we can help you that remains to be seen.
In your control panel for your monitor do you have a section possibly called geometry where you can change the shape of the screen in various ways.
 
Unfortunately, that's the way monitors are. You will have to fudge with it for awhile to get it right, or close to right. When it's set to it's best, leave it!
