Monitor Problem

I have a 15 inch monitor that has been doing some curious things. Sometimes when I turn on the monitor, it continuously clicks as though its going on and off consecutively.

Anyone else every encounter this problem?

the monitor is most likley going bad, might want to replace it befor it blows..

Or for some reason it is just trying to sync up over and over
