Monitor Problem... What should i do?

I need a good monitor ... would like a LCD, but too much $... i'm going for CRT's and i've been recommended the Samsung monitor brand line..

Anyone know where i could get a good monitor for a cheap price??? NewEgg.com has some good prices but shipping absolutely sucks! too much $$$... Thinking about going to Fry's when they have a sale and buying a refurbished monitor... Viewsonic or Sony.. 19" for like $200~$250...

Anyone have a better idea or website that i could buy a monitor from?
 
Shipping is the ballbuster. I just paid $135 to have a monitor shipped from Rochester New york to Alaska. Good Luck!
