monitor problem need help fast

Hey all,
I was messing with my monitor settings and now I can't adust it from 640x480. All other setting adjustments work, but I can't click on and slide the size adjustment bar? Help!

Thanx in advance for your assistance.

Everything else seems okay...trying to help little brother with Mother's day card any ideas?
 
Why don't you try uninstalling your vid card and re-installing... this may reset the settings and re-enable full function of your video settings...
