I've got an HP a62000n with the basic on board video and an 22" Westinghouse Westinghouse LCD.
Certain colors (blues and greens mostly) are twinkling other colors. And often the entire color that is twinkling will flash/blink in unison - even the pixels that aren't twinkling.. Its thousands of pixels at a time and it is not a fixed problem.
I don't have another computer so I can't easily test it.
Is this more likely video card or monitor failure?
