Monitor not waking up

I've got a ASUS GeForce DDR (6800Pure I think) on a FIC SD11 in my workstation. I use a Belkin Omni Cube KVM switch to hook my 2 computers to one monitor.
If I don't have the KVM switch set to my workstation, the video card will not wake up the monitor when I boot the computer.
Anyone know if this is a problem with a BIOS setting or is my video card going/gone bad?
