monitor making noise?

my monitor keeps making these continuous loud high pitched noises, constantly. it only makes this noise when i have some windows open for example right now i have internet explorer open, and its making the noise. if i minimize it, it goes away for a while. it only happens with some things open. when i turn off the monitor, it goes away. also when i first turn on the monitor it doesnt do it, just after its been on for a few minutes. anyone know how this could be fixed?

It can't be fixed, only dealt with. Its part of the aging process with a monitor. You either need to deal with it, buy some audio canceling headphones, or buy a new monitor.
