Monitor lost DCC Info! AHH!

O no! Yesterday, my computer crashed, and when i restarted, the monitor was re-detected and windows can't detect it with DCC INformation, and it doens't change the refresh rate (stuck at 60hz). Any ideas how to solve this? i've already tried reinstaling Monitor drivers, Radeon drivers, even with a fresh install of windows, it's no good. This is a NEC Accusync 90. Thx for the help!
