monitor light starts blinking

Please post your hardware specs; mobo, PSU, graphics card, monitor, etc., so we know what you're working with.

mobo:asus p8b75m lx
psu:seasonic x650 80+ gold
gpu:asus gtx770 oc
monitor:samsung 2233sw 60hz

You can quickly determine if your monitor has a problem by performing the Samsung Monitor Self Test. If the monitor fails the self test you'll need to repair or replace it, but if the monitor passes the self test then the problem may be your graphics card. But in that case I would first check whether you have a bad cable or cable connector. You didn't mention whether you're using a DVI, HDMI, or DisplayPort cable, but if you have another cable you should test with that before assuming your graphics card is the problem. Post back with your results after performing the monitor self test and have tried switching cables.

i am not oc anything and performed self test of monitor for 5 seconds analog and digital was blinking on lcd thn check signal cable with 3 coloured squares

It's hard to figure out what you're saying. Are you saying that when you disconnected the graphics cable from the monitor, and then ran the test, that you did see the image with the red, green, and blue squares?

If the monitor test showed the red, green, and blue squares then there is a problem with the cable, graphics card, or the motherboard itself. Do you have a different cable you can test with?

If you get no signal to the monitor with a different cable, then you'll know that it may be either the graphics card or the motherboard that has a problem. If you don't have a different cable to test with, try disconnecting the cable from the graphics card and then connect it to the onboard graphics port instead. If you get a good signal to the monitor using the onboard graphics port, then the graphics card is most likely the problem.
