Monitor Language

I have a Sony CPD-2003GT monitor and at some point the display for my monitor settings changed. They went from English to, French and Chinese. When I go to the language options on the monitor is has English and French. I'm not sure what's up with the Chinese. It won't let me choose English. Seems to be stuck on French. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the monitor a couple of times and also went to the Sony drivers page and tried a different one. Any ideas?

The monitor itself has no control over what language you have selected. Software that might of came with the monitor would. Maybe the hardware device on the monitor triggered the software. In either case you should be able to change it back in your control panel in windows. Control Panel -->Regional options--> and look under the "Input Locales" tab. And perhaps you could uninstall and extra software that came with the monitor, you can do that under Add/Remove programs and look for any additional software you will not need to run your monitor.
