Monitor/keyboard/mouse Switch Box - Monitor won't sleep now?

OK installed a new KVM (Apex Outlook 180DX) problem is when the PC stops the video and the monitor would normally enter "Sleep" mode - Now it doesn't. Picture goes "black" but monitor is still on full power mode...
Any ideas?
