Is there a program that lets me monitor individual traffic from comptuers on a certain router?
 
It depends on the Router.

If you are talking about Entry Level Router, most of them do not have such information available.
 
on cisco routers you can use ip accounting for general stats...

otherwise, you'll need something to capture the traffic like wireshark. keep in mind you'll need a hub or mirror port to capture traffic not destined to your computer.
