Monitor help!

Hello,

I recently purchased a Dell 21 Inch Computer Monitor (Sony Trinitron Tube), model d1626ht, UltraScan? 1600HS Series (info at http://docs.us.dell.com/docs/monitors/55347/specs.htm), and am having problems getting it to work properly. The screen keeps jiggling up and down slightly no matter what I set the size, zoom and center to, and its driving me crazy. No matter what I do I can't for the life of me get it to fit the entire screen and stay stable. Anyone have any ideas what I could try to make it work? Also wondering about the possibility that it may be my video card (ATI All In Wonder 32 Mb), but the card works fine with my 17' monitor. Thanks in advance for any help.

well i have a sony 17" flat FD trinitron monitor and having the problem of fitting the screen to the edges... I also have a stupid curve on the right side bottom of the screen. And I don't have a solution for it, either. Some say " it is typical ( the curve) of Sony 's ". take a careful look. Do u have sth like that. the bottom edge of screen goes flat till the right, but when it comes there , it makes a curve, undergoing the visible area. Do u have this problem?

Did you buy one of those refurbished dell monitor??
If so , i heard lots of ppl said their monitor were damage during shipping.
Try to exchange it for a different one.
