I've been goign back and forth on what to get for a new computer monitor. I don't want to spend anymore then a 1000 so it gives me a wide range. There's no real reviews on Dells 24in Ultrasharp Wide screen model which is what I've been leaning towards. However the 23inch HP L2335 got a great review on the site and the only real difference I can see is the lack of an inch lossed.
It's mainly used for gaming with some buisness applications tossed in. Is the wide screen going to make a noticable viewing difference? I'm not worried so much about price as far as quality. I want a nice big very quality viewing screen. Maybe there is anotherm odel out there that will top the Dell?
Right now I'm leaning towards the Dell thinking that that wide screen will give me a much better overall picture. Maybe I'm wrong though. But for 980 right now it seems like a great deal for a 24inch widescreen monitor. May even hook up the tv with that kind of display.
