Monitor suddenly blurry at the very bottom of the screen, very noticable on the system tray and start button. Wallpaper looks pixelated/hazy. Photographs seem to have very faint horizontal lines running through them. The higher the resolution the more pronounced the distortion is. Anyone think the monitor needs repair or could it possibly be the video card?
