Greetings. Today I woke up and found my monitor giving a double vision like effect. Example

Where the second e is a very light e barely seen on the white background. This effects all colors and lines, including the start button and the boxes of this Anandtech forum posting in catagory box. The result is a slight blur everywhere that is beginning to give me a headache from looking at everything.
I do not know what this is or what this means, and I would appreaciate questions, suggestions, tools, whatever in order to fix it.
