Looking for a second monitor to put next to an HP ZR24W. I'd like for it to be less than ~$400 (somewhat flexible), good viewing angle and colors, 16:10 if possible. I don't have enough room for another 24" but maybe 20-22" would be OK. Needs DisplayPort.

Any thoughts?

1920x1200 is somewhat difficult to pair up. I've run a 20" 16x12 alongside before, and it works reasonably well. If you want to span or do direct comparisons, the pixel pitch difference is annoying IMO. But as a secondary screen for additional program instances, it's fine.

Portrait mode 1920x1080 (a ZR22W) looks odd, but gives you a ton of vertical work area and saves on physical space. I currently run a ZR22W (portrait), an HP LP3065 (landscape), and a 2007FP (portrait); I do a ton of spreadsheet/data analysis and the 1920 vertical pixels are surprisingly helpful (keeping in mind I do have considerable pixel luxury with the other two monitors).
