Monitor for gaming that isn't very reflective

I HATE, HATE, HATE "mirror" screens. I recently purchased an Acer H236HLbid because it was inexpensive, had IPS, and decent reviews. I hate the glossy screen. Are there any 23"-24" monitors that are $300 or less, have at least a less-glossy screen, and are good for gaming?

Thanks.

I would put the Dell U2412M ib that category. Now have two of them. And, there are others.

Presumably what you want is a monitor classed as having heavy AG. The terms you are looking for are matte and glossy. Glossy is your reflective screen and matte is one with an anti glare (AG) coating. AG's do come in different levels however, so if you are somewhere with enough direct light then a heavy AG might be more appropriate. You tend to find heavy AG more on the quality IPS screens (so not gaming machines) than on TN based screens but hopefully with the right terminology you'll be able to find some screens in your price range in the shop you intend to use.
