Monitor for Crossfire 5850's

I finally managed to get my hands on a second 5850 and now I am itching to get a new monitor. I had thought about doing a 3 monitor eyefinity setup but... if my understanding is correct this is not possible with these cards in crossfire?

So as of now I am thinking about getting just one larger monitor probably around the 26 or 27 inch range. Does anyone have any recommendations or suggestions? Gaming is all that matters to me as that is all I do with this pc. I am partial to LG but would purchase something else if its really all that amazing. As far as price goes I would like to try and stay around $400ish for a single monitor.

definately a 30 incher... I don't see much reason for larger than 24 if it is still a 1920x1200 display

Err... $600 in video cards and then a $400 monitor? Do you not like big screens?

Well, since you said your primary use is gaming, I'd definitely focus on a single big screen rather than a few small ones. Maybe it's just me, but I absolutely hate the idea of having line(s) of obstruction in my gaming field. Sure, maybe it's thin nowadays, but it's there and I'd obsess over it.
