Witout the proper equipment and knowlege of the unit, you will just make things worse. Send it to a repair shop. BTW no monitor has perfect convergence.

Cool, thanks for the info. I must be being too picky...the convergence is only off in a small portion of the screen...the rest looks great. I didn't know that perfect convergence was impossible to achieve.
